Onlypro Lash & Brow Co. (Pty) Ltd — Effective date: 1 June 2026

Please read these terms carefully before using this website or placing an order. By accessing onlyprolash.com or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Are a qualified lash or brow professional, a lash or brow student, or are purchasing on behalf of a professional business
Have read, understood, and agree to these terms in full
Agree to our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, which form part of these terms

If you do not meet these requirements or do not agree to these terms, you may not use this website or purchase from our store.

3. Professional use only

Products sold on onlyprolash.com are intended exclusively for professional use by trained and qualified lash and brow artists. By placing an order you confirm that you are purchasing for professional purposes. Onlypro Lash & Brow Co. (Pty) Ltd accepts no liability for any damage, injury, or adverse outcome resulting from the use of our products by untrained or unqualified individuals.

4. Account registration

To access member pricing, The Lash Society rewards program, and certain products, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when registering
Keep your login credentials confidential
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
Use only the email address your account or membership is registered to — using a different email address may result in your perks and points not being recognised

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Onlypro Lash & Brow Co. (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or is found to contain false or misleading information.

5. The Lash Society — membership and rewards

The Lash Society is a professional rewards program operated by Onlypro Lash & Brow Co. (Pty) Ltd. Membership is subject to application and approval. By participating in The Lash Society you agree to the following:

Membership is not guaranteed — applications are reviewed and may be declined at our discretion
Membership is non-transferable and linked to the individual account holder
Points are earned on qualifying purchases at your current tier rate and are redeemed at checkout
Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash
Points do not expire while your account remains active, but will be forfeited if your account is closed or suspended
We reserve the right to amend the structure, tiers, earn rates, and redemption values of The Lash Society at any time with reasonable notice
Founding Elite Artist status is a gifted, permanently closed tier and cannot be applied for, purchased, or transferred

Abuse of the rewards program — including but not limited to fraudulent purchases, chargebacks, or manipulation of points — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all points and benefits.

6. Orders and payment

By placing an order on onlyprolash.com you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
We are not VAT registered — no VAT will be charged or reflected on invoices
Payment is required in full at the time of checkout
We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, if a product is out of stock, or if we suspect fraudulent activity
Order confirmation via email does not constitute final acceptance — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched

7. Pricing and availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

Update or change pricing at any time without prior notice
Discontinue or remove any product from the store
Limit quantities purchased per customer or account
Decline orders that appear to be for resale where the customer has not been approved for resale purchasing

Pricing errors — including obvious typographical errors — do not bind us to a sale. If a pricing error is identified after an order is placed, we will contact you to offer the corrected price or a full refund.

8. Discount codes and vouchers

Discount codes and vouchers issued by Onlypro Lash & Brow Co. (Pty) Ltd are subject to the following:

Codes are single-use unless otherwise stated
Codes may not be combined with other active promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated
Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash
Expired codes will not be honoured
We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw any code at any time if we suspect misuse

9. Shipping and delivery

All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Onlypro Lash & Brow Co. (Pty) Ltd is not liable for delays caused by the courier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in our Returns & Refund Policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, photography, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and brand assets — is the property of Onlypro Lash & Brow Co. (Pty) Ltd and is protected under South African intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent.
