Shipping Policy
Onlypro Lash & Brow Co. (Pty) Ltd — Effective date: 24 June 2026
We ship all orders across South Africa with care and consistency. Here is everything you need to know before and after you place your order.
1. Our shipping partner
All orders are fulfilled and shipped exclusively through The Courier Guy — a tracked, reliable courier service operating nationwide across South Africa.
2. Order cut-off times
- Orders placed before 2:00 pm on a business day are dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 pm are dispatched the following business day
- Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on the Monday morning
3. Delivery days and hours
We dispatch and deliver on business days only:
- Monday to Friday, during standard business hours
- We do not dispatch or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or South African public holidays
- Orders placed on a public holiday will be dispatched on the next business day
4. Delivery timeframes
Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch and vary by region:
- Major metros (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 1–2 business days
- Secondary cities and towns: 2–3 business days
- Remote and outlying areas: 3–5 business days
These timeframes are estimates provided by The Courier Guy and are not guaranteed. Onlypro Lash & Brow Co. is not liable for courier delays outside of our control.
5. Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your delivery directly on The Courier Guy website at thecourierguy.co.za.
If you have not received a tracking number within one business day of placing your order, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
6. Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping selection. The fee displayed at checkout is final.
7. Delivery address accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. Onlypro Lash & Brow Co. is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Re-delivery fees charged by The Courier Guy will be for the customer's account.
8. Failed deliveries and returns to sender
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery fees apply and are for the customer's account. We are not able to issue a refund for orders returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failed delivery.
9. Lost or damaged parcels in transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@onlyprolash.com with your order number and photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will liaise with The Courier Guy on your behalf to resolve the matter.
If your tracked parcel shows as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours so we can open an investigation with the courier.
